Timing is of the Essence

^{Prov. 25:11} Timely advice is lovely,
      like golden apples in a silver basket.

Do you have a core resource of accountability partners or friends that you go to when you need that nugget of advice?  Just like the seeds in a single apple can produce a grove of apple trees... so the timely advice from a trusted source can be like your golden apple.

Take time to be grateful for those friends around you that are this source of "gold" for you.  If you can't easily identify those golden resources in your life... reach out and decide that you will be that trusted source to others and find those that can be that for you.
